Natalie: You however, are an indication of some progress. In 1990 after reading a career-altering 1-page article that proved once and for all that the problem with bad software wasn’t with requirements (at least not due to the prescribed methods not being done accurately), but with the methods themselves — I spent many years trying to learn as much as I could and find as many people as I could who practiced the ‘answer’ that was prescribed in the piece: ethnography and corporate antropology.
