In 1990 after reading a career-altering 1-page article that proved once and for all that the problem with bad software wasn&#039;t with requirements (at least not due to the prescribed methods not being done accurately), but with the methods themselves -- I spent many years trying to learn as much as I could and find as many people as I could who practiced the &#039;answer&#039; that was prescribed in the piece: ethnography and corporate antropology.</description>
