Buy one of these $100 web-video cameras

Step two:

Hand it to your CEO and get them to video what they’re up to one day a week.

Step three:

Post the video to an internal social software application (even if it’s just a blog).

Hell, splurge for a camera for each exec and have them all do it.

The videos don’t have to disclose the contents of the meetings they go to. It could be snippets just before/afterwards. Something like,

“Hey folks, I’m about to go into a supply chain meeting with Mary, Stephen and Raja. We’re trying to figure out how to speed up the process. Stephen has been sending me emails about it at 4am. The guy never sleeps.”

Hmm. I think I see an assignment for Jive’s execs in the near future. Got to test this out…
