		<description>Problem with being leading edge is that everyone is behind you! The vast majority of businesspeople just don't get it. They're comfortable in their zone and won't get out until they are forced out due to a drop in market share. Reacting to a loss allows them to invest heavily to recapture share. It seems harder to get them to spend to ensure that they don't lose share in the first place!</description>
