		<description>Problem with being leading edge is that everyone is behind you! The vast majority of businesspeople just don&#039;t get it. They&#039;re comfortable in their zone and won&#039;t get out until they are forced out due to a drop in market share. Reacting to a loss allows them to invest heavily to recapture share. It seems harder to get them to spend to ensure that they don&#039;t lose share in the first place!</description>
