In a particularly good Forrester report, I quoted Laurie Heltsley, the Director of Computers and Communications Services at Proctor and Gamble, who told me that the very term &quot;deploy&quot; conjures up images of combat, which works against the idea of collaboration. So they don’t deploy software, they offer great solutions.  Seemed like a subtle point at first.  But it reflects a really thoughtful realization about collaboration and IT -- one that is exactly in harmony with your depiction.</description>
